1. Service Overview Zebra Transportation is a car transportation broker that facilitates the transportation of vehicles from state to state in the USA. Our services connect customers with transportation carriers to arrange the shipping of vehicles.

3. Pricing and Payments

a. Pricing: The pricing for our transportation services will be provided to you based on your specific vehicle transportation requirements. Prices may vary based on factors such as distance, vehicle type, and additional services.

b. Payment Process:

1. The client will sign a credit card authorization form upon ordering the car delivery.
2. Payment will NOT be charged until the car is delivered and the client signs the delivery.
3. Zebra Transportation will provide GPS details when the car is dispatched so you can see the driver’s location and pictures.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

a. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your transportation service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of the cancellation.

b. Refunds: Refunds are subject to our refund policy. In the event of a cancellation, the refund amount will be determined based on the timing of the cancellation and any applicable cancellation fees.

5. Guarantee We guarantee pickup of your vehicle within 72 hours of confirming your transportation request.

6. Limitation of Liability a. Disclaimer of Warranties: Zebra Transportation makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our website and services. We provide our services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

b. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Zebra Transportation and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website and services.

7. Intellectual Property a. Ownership: Zebra Transportation owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the content and intellectual property on our website, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, design, text, graphics, and software.
