Zebra Transportation is committed to providing reliable vehicle transportation services in adherence to the terms and conditions set forth in our agreement. Please take note of the following information regarding our return policy:
Cancellation by Customer: If you decide to cancel your transportation order with Zebra Transportation, please be aware of the following:
Cancellation Fee: In case of cancellation due to double booking with another transport company or if canceled after Zebra Transportation has dispatched the Carrier, a cancellation fee of $100.00 will be applied.
Delayed Pickup: If Zebra Transportation is unable to dispatch the vehicle within fifteen (15) days after the earliest pickup date, you have the option to cancel your order without incurring any penalty.
Delivery Estimates: Please note that all pickup and delivery dates are estimates. While Zebra Transportation provides estimated pickup and delivery dates upon dispatch, actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions and unforeseen circumstances.
Inspection Reports: It is your responsibility to secure inspection reports from the Carrier at both pickup and delivery locations, regardless of your presence. Ensure that you remove the vehicle’s antenna before the driver loads the vehicle. Any damages incurred during loading, unloading, and transport are the sole responsibility of the Carrier. Make sure to follow the proper steps outlined in paragraph 5 of our agreement to report any damage claims.
Damage Claims: In case you believe your vehicle has been damaged during transportation, follow the procedures outlined in paragraph 5 of our agreement. Zebra Transportation is not responsible for damages caused by the Carrier. If an insurance claim is necessary, Zebra Transportation will provide you with Carrier’s insurance information upon request. Please note that any insurance coverage provided by the Carrier does not extend to items packed inside the vehicle.
Limitation of Liability: Zebra Transportation’s liability is limited as specified in paragraph 7 of our agreement. Please refer to that section for details on the scope of liability.

By continuing with our transportation services, you acknowledge your understanding and agreement to these return policies, as well as the terms and conditions outlined in our Car Transportation Agreement.
